The pay starts at Step 1 on our salary schedule, at $22,451 a year (180 days) for the school year (August– May). Applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree or specialized training receive an increased starting wage. 15 sick days and 3 personal days are allotted at the beginning of each school year. $800 per month in insurance benefits. Many other benefits are available.
The paraprofessional positions require a high school diploma or GED, plus passing a background check. A paraprofessional license is also required, but we can help staff obtain that.
