Conference Room Reservations

School of Education – Meeting Space Reservation Policy -Effective Immediately

To ensure fair and efficient use of meeting spaces within the School of Education, please adhere to the following guidelines when requesting a reservation:

Reservation Requirements

• Advance Notice: All room reservation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the intended use.
• Click on the button below to submit your conference room reservation request.

Request Submission: Include the following details in your request:

• Date and Start/End Time of meeting
• Purpose/Justification for the meeting
• Room preference (if applicable)
• Estimated number of attendees
• Technology needs (e.g., projector, Zoom capabilities, speakers)
• Point of contact (name, email, phone number)

Keys

• Pick up a key from Michelle Hubbs or Michelle Lappin in the Dean’s Office 10–15 minutes prior to the meeting time.
• Return keys immediately following the conclusion of the meeting.

Responsibility of Use

• Requestors are responsible for cleaning up the space after use (resetting chairs/tables, etc.).
• Please place any used trash can in the hall outside of the room for disposal by Building Services.
